I'VE BEEN AROUND FOR A WHILE
back in 2008, i decided to take over my life--i don't know from whom--but it certainly didn't feel as though i was in charge. i learned to reframe my perspective, change my eating habits, and work my ass off to become the healthiest version of me to date...and finding that at age 38 was no small feat. why am i telling you this? because i know that if i could--and can--do this, so can you.
